5. Job Postings and Applications

Employer Responsibilities:

• Employers must provide accurate, lawful, and non-discriminatory job listings.
• Employers are solely responsible for verifying candidate qualifications and conducting due diligence.
• TravelJobs’ recommendation of a candidate is based solely on the candidate’s skills as presented in their profile. This recommendation does not reflect any assessment of the candidate’s character, job loyalty, or previous employment history. It is the sole responsibility of the employer to conduct all necessary background checks and verify the candidate’s suitability for the proposed job assignment.
• Job postings must comply with applicable labor laws and regulations in the relevant jurisdiction.

Job Seeker Responsibilities:

• Job Seekers must submit truthful and accurate information in their profiles and applications.
• Job Seekers are responsible for ensuring their qualifications match job requirements before applying.

Platform Role:

Traveljobs.info acts as an intermediary facilitating connections between Employers and Job Seekers. We do not guarantee the accuracy of Content, the suitability of candidates, or the fulfilment of job offers.

6. Content Ownership and Licensing

User Content:

You retain ownership of Content you upload to the Platform (e.g., resumes, job listings). By uploading Content, you grant Traveljobs.info a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and distribute such Content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform.

Platform Content:

All intellectual property, including logos, designs, and software on the Platform, is owned by or licensed to Traveljobs.info. Users may not copy, modify, or distribute Platform Content without written permission.

Content Removal:

We reserve the right to remove any Content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate, at our sole discretion.

We implement reasonable measures to protect User data but cannot guarantee absolute security. Users are encouraged to safeguard their own sensitive information.

9. Disclaimers

No Employment Guarantee:

Traveljobs.info does not guarantee job placements, interviews, or employment outcomes for Job Seekers, nor does it guarantee candidate quality for Employers.

Third-Party Links:

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content or practices of such third parties.

Service Availability:

We strive to maintain uninterrupted access to the Platform but do not guarantee that the Services will be error-free or available at all times.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Traveljobs.info and its affiliates, officers, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for accessing the Platform in the preceding 12 months.
